Every client gets 15 minutes of free remote hands per month per rack and we also offer tailored remote hands packages where clients can buy a monthly quota or we can bill them on an adhoc basis in 15 minute increments.
Our engineers can also carry out scheduled engineering tasks such as receiving and racking equipment, these works can be pre scheduled at a set time and date ensuring your projects are delivered on time.
